Shipping
Orders are shipped using the priority mail service from the United States Postal Service. I do ship to PO Boxes but will require Restricted Delivery and ID verification on delivery.
Shipping and Handling is $8.00 per order. Minneapolis/St Paul Metro Area residents can avoid the shipping charge by calling or contacting me to make arrangements for pick-up or delivery. Use the contact page to call or email me you order.
Shipping is from Minneapolis, MN. Estimated shipping times can be found at the USPS website.
Overnight delivery may be available, please contact me to discuss.
Returns
Please choose carefully. There are no refunds allowed. All sales are final.
Due to State Laws prohibiting the return of body jewelry, there is no returns accepted on earrings. All earring sales are final with no exceptions.
Jewelry damaged in shipping will not recieve a refund. If you ship it back, I will fix it free of charge, otherwise you will have to report it to the USPS for an insurance claim.
Necklaces and other items are exchangeable for credit for the same amount paid, minus shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges must be sent back USPS priority mail, with delivery confirmation. It is recommended that you purchase insurance for yourself in the amount of your purchase.
Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt.

Items returned for exchange will be inspected and if declared to have been worn or damaged by negligence (i.e. worn in a pool/shower ect...) it will be sent back to purchaser and no credit will be given.
There are absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges on Custom Orders.
